SAS for Elementary Counselors (60 minutes)
In this session, users will explore the Elementary School Promotion Tracker that shows test data, early warning indicators, attendance, and grades for an individual student and can also be exported to a PDF. Also, you will look at the Quick Reports dashboard, which allows batch printing of student scorecards, as well as other useful and easily exportable reports.
SAS for Middle School Counselors (Can choose from the following options)
MS Promotion Tracker (60 minutes) – This training will highlight the MS Promotion tracker, which provides a tool for monitoring student data necessary for middle school promotion to high school. The resource allows for whole-school monitoring as well as individual student scoreboard exports.
Quick Reports (60 minutes) – Using Quick Reports, users can access a variety of exportable resources including reports for progress monitoring, state data, school climate, ESE, as well as missing transcripts. This tool also allows for batch printing of student scorecards.
SAS for High School Counselors
Quick Reports (60 minutes) – Using Quick Reports, users can access a variety of exportable resources including reports for progress monitoring, state data, school climate, ESE, as well as missing transcripts. This tool also allows for batch printing of student scorecards.
SAS for Assistant Principals or Principals (Can choose from the following options)
Progress Monitoring (60 minutes) – This training will center around the Progress Monitoring dashboard. Users will explore the School Grade Simulator and Custom Reports. The School Grade Simulator provides information based on the previous year state data to help with target goal setting. Custom Reports is a useful tool that allows you to choose from a variety of options to export to Excel, such as Achieve level buckets, BQ, points needed for gains or proficiency, and other beneficial data fields.
