Proudly Serving Students and Families

Nestled in the Glynlea, Grove Park, and Holiday Hill communities, Holiday Hill Elementary continues to serve families and honor children as a Gifted and Academically Talented Leadership Magnet School. We are a multi-generational school where grandparents can still recall the classroom number and their teacher when they attended Holiday Hill. One word to describe the warm and friendly atmosphere would be “family”. We are proud to watch our students grow academically, socially, emotionally, morally, and digitally.

Programs for Every Student

Holiday Hill Elementary has robust programs for gifted students, as well as students with special needs that do not remove them from the classrooms they share with their peers. We understand that every child is unique. Our goal is always to challenge each student but support them as well, fostering an environment of acceptance and inclusivity where no one feels singled out.

A Magnet Program with Middle School Continuity

We aim to prepare students for the rigors of middle school. Students participating in our magnet program have continuity to Julia Landon College Preparatory, James Weldon Johnson, and Darnell Cookman School of the Medical Arts.

Why Parents Love Holiday Hill

Our school community thrives on personal connections, and we are proud of the parental involvement and family participation in our school. In fact, we've been recognized by the state and national PTA for our rapid growth in parent and guardian membership. Holiday Hill was also recognized as the 2024 small school PTA of the year.
