A Strong Community School
Neptune Beach Elementary is an integral part of our local community. This is a community where parents know each other and interact. Strong personal and professional relationships are built and last throughout the entire K-12 school career. Parents have strong academic expectations, which we provide, leading to strong parent involvement through PTA and SAC. Overall, NBE is a wonderful place for children, parents, and administration.
Our focus is to utilize district curriculum in a fashion that meets individual student needs. Our students are encouraged to be inquisitive and grow and learn to meet their maximum potential.
A School That Feels Like Home
Neptune Beach Elementary feels like home to many of our families since many were students here themselves. We are now teaching several legacies of previous students, and some of our staff members were students as well. Our goal is to have NBE feel like home as you walk through our doors. Some of our parents donate their talents and time by painting beautiful murals, creating gardens, helping with general upkeep, etc. These all continue to receive countless positive comments from families.
Camaraderie and Teamwork
NBE ties the community, the beaches, and our mascot into all we do. This allows the students to be a part of a team that succeeds together. Children love the camaraderie, and it helps teach them to work individually and as a team. We try to provide the perfect combination of fun and serious learning.
