Dear Bobcat Families,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the proud principal of Biltmore Elementary School. As I begin this new chapter with the Bobcat community, I look forward to partnering with you to create an exceptional educational experience for every child.

I am entering my 20th year in education and my 10th year as a principal. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to one belief: strong schools are built on strong relationships. This year, our theme, “Adventure Awaits: Bobcats Lead the Way,” reflects the exciting journey ahead as we work together to help every student grow, achieve, and thrive.

As your principal, my priorities are clear:

Every student, family, and staff member deserves to feel valued, heard, and connected. I am committed to fostering a culture where relationships come first and every Bobcat knows they belong.

Ensuring Equitable Access to Rigorous Learning
All students deserve access to engaging, grade-level instruction that challenges them to think critically, dream boldly, and reach their full potential. We will maintain high expectations while providing the support necessary for every scholar to succeed.

Maintaining a Safe and Welcoming Campus
Learning flourishes when students feel safe, respected, and supported. We will continue to cultivate a school environment that is secure, inclusive, and conducive to academic excellence and personal growth.
