Reading and Math Materials
We have several reading and math materials available for parents to use at home with their students. These materials are all located in our Parent Involvement room. All you have to do is come in, sign out the materials, and bring them back when you are done with them. We even have backpacks available to carry the materials to and from school.
Tutoring
If your student is in need of extra assistance, please start with contacting their teacher first. The teacher can help provide you with skills they can work on at home, provide tutoring as their schedule permits, or may be able to suggest a private tutor.
Ramp-Up Camp
Each year 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders have the opportunity to participate in Ramp-Up Camp. Ramp-Up Camp helps provide students with extra tutoring to help prepare them for the FAST. Ramp-Up Camp is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No bus transportation is provided so students will either need to be picked up by a parent in the car rider zone or they may go home as walkers.
Intervention Classes
Students are selected for intervention classes based on data from our beginning of the year and mid year data. Our intervention groups are fluid and as students meet grade level expectations. Intervention classes are for students in grades 3-5.
