Summer VPK is designed for children entering kindergarten this fall who did not participate in a VPK program during the school year.
Summer VPK registration information will be released May 1, 2026.
To begin the enrollment process:
Complete the application.
Once submitted, call 904-630-6790 to schedule an appointment to bring the required documents listed below.
Required Documents for Summer VPK Registration:
Certificate of Eligibility for Summer VPK (300-hour certificate)
Proof of age (e.g., birth certificate)
Two proofs of address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement)
Proof of Florida immunizations (Form DH 680)
Proof of Florida physical exam (completed within one year)
Summer Bridge is available for students who attended a VPK program during the school year and scored at or below the 25th percentile on the VPK FAST Progress Monitoring Three assessment. The district will begin accepting applications on May 1st.
