
Military Point of Contact
We have a full time Child and Youth Behavioral Military Family Life Counselor (CYB-MFLC) at ELA who works for our military connected families to provide stability and support in times of transition. Lunch groups offer coping skills to address military lifestyle issues and typical child and youth challenges. Individual session available.
MFLCs are
Masters or Doctorate-level licensed counselors specializing in child and youth behavioral issues
Available at no cost to assist children and youth, parents, family members and staff of child and youth programs
Available to provide short-term, non-medical counseling support, confidential - no records kept

Deployment and separation
Reunion adjustment
Sibling and parent-child communication
Behavioral concerns
Fear, grief and loss
