My name is Dr. Traci Battest, and I am the Principal of Edward H. White High School. Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Commander Family! We are excited to welcome your student for the 2026–2027 school year.

If you are receiving this email, your student is currently scheduled to attend Ed White for the upcoming school year.

Please Note: If your child will not be attending Edward H. White High School, Focus will not remove them from our system until the end of July. For assistance with updating your student’s school assignment, you may contact School Choice at the link below or by phone:

Registration Process
To begin the registration process, please complete the form: Ed White Enrollment Form 26-27 School Year ***STUDENT NUMBER REQUIRED – Fill out form

Once the form is completed, please bring the following documents to the school beginning June 15th:

• Parent/Guardian Driver’s License or State ID

• Two (2) Proofs of Address

• Transcripts (if your student attended a school outside of Duval County Public Schools)

• Updated Shot Records

• Birth Certificate (if new to the district)

Elective Course Selection
Students will receive an electronic elective selection form through their DCPS email account. Please note:

• The form can only be completed once

• Students must use their DCPS email to access it

We encourage students to check their email regularly and complete the form promptly. While elective selections are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate preferences.

Additionally, Career and Technical Education (CTE) brochures are attached for you to review with your student as you discuss course options.

Uniform Information
Edward H. White is a full uniform school. All uniforms must be purchased through RC Uniform. Please review the attached information for pricing and details.
