Cinematic Art Summer Audition

Student must submit a video sample and complete the FORMS interview questions. Incomplete audition submission will not be reviewed.

Once you have registered for an audition AND completed the interview questions, you will be sent a link to submit your video. But keep in mind that this will be completed based on the instructor's summer availability.

Video Requirements Cinematic Art: The key to a successful Cinematic Art Audition is to tell a story through the camera. A successful submission should include a clear beginning, middle and end of the story. This can be done through images, video editing, storytelling on camera, interviewing, or even a news style report. Be sure to submit your absolute best examples of work.

  • Slate: Your name, current grade and art area should appear in the beginning of the video and should be CREATIVELY presented!

  • Your "short film" should be a minimum of 60 to a maximum of 3 minutes and could be based off of one of the following prompts or an original idea.

  • My Best Day!

  • My Crazy Pet

  • My Favorite Classes or Hobbies

  • My Favorite Sport or Player

  • Activities I Do Outside of School
