Planting Seeds, Blooming Dreams!
Welcome Back, Eagle Families!
Dear Eagle Families,
It is with great excitement and anticipation that I welcome you to a brand-new school year at Normandy Village Elementary School, where we are Planting Seeds, Blooming Dreams! Each year brings fresh opportunities to inspire, challenge, and nurture our scholars, and this year we are committed to making it our most outstanding year yet.
Our charge is clear: we will work together—families, teachers, and students—to create a learning environment where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered to achieve their highest potential. Like a garden, our school will flourish when we tend to it daily with care, consistency, and purpose. The seeds we plant today will bloom into the dreams our children will carry into their futures.
One of the most powerful ways families can support this mission is by ensuring students are on time and present every single day. Every minute of learning matters, and research shows that strong attendance is directly linked to academic success, confidence, and readiness for the future. When students are here on time, they don’t just keep up—they thrive. Let’s make it our goal for every Eagle to attend at least 90% of our 180 school days this year.
I encourage you to join us in making this commitment. Celebrate the mornings when your child is ready and eager to learn. Encourage them on days when motivation is harder to find. Show them, through your actions, that education is a priority.
Together, let’s make this a year filled with curiosity, joy, and achievement. Let’s watch our Eagles soar higher than ever before—because here at Normandy Village, we believe that when we plant the seeds of dedication, kindness, and perseverance, our children’s dreams will surely bloom.
Here’s to an extraordinary year!
With Eagle Pride,
Principal Jessica Sales
