Arrival Procedures and Times for Students

Children are welcome to enter the school building between 8:00 am and 8:25 am.  Students are supervised in the cafeteria or in the hallway and may sit and read quietly until the bell rings.  Students should arrive no earlier than 8:00 am as there is no supervision before this time. Students should arrive at their classroom door no later than 8:25 am.  A student is  considered tardy and will receive a tardy slip after 8:30 am.  

Parents who require supervision of their child/children prior to 8:00 am should apply to the Extended Day Program or an alternate morning program.  The office staff will call for pick-up of any student who is dropped off prior to 8:00 am.

Dismissal Times for Students  

• Car riders are dismissed beginning at 2:40 pm.

• Neighborhood/parking lot walkers and bike riders are dismissed at 3:00 pm.

• Bus riders are dismissed as buses arrive, beginning approximately at 2:45 pm.
