OMS Arrival Procedures

Students are not allowed on campus before 9:00 a.m. without a pass.

Students should use the restroom before going to class.

Students should walk directly to class.

All electronics and headphones should be turned off and put away (out of sight).

OMS 2026-2027 Extended Day

Oceanway Middle School's Extended Day is open to families from 7:00 - 9:15 am.

Space in the Extended Day program is limited. Program sites fill up quickly and usually generate a waiting list. The number of children enrolled at this site is determined by the available physical space and the number of staff members employed. We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Registration is open to all students. Once a site is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and included in a lottery for any spaces that become available.

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open on July 13, 2026 @ 8:00am. You may register your child by clicking on the link below.

Below are the steps to submit your application for Extended Day: 

  1. Click the Apply for Extended Day button below.

  2. First, create a parent profile on the registration page.

  3. Then register each of your children.
