Please carefully review the details below on how to prepare your student for the LaVilla audition process for the selected art area

• Students may audition for one art area in the Open/ General Audition and take the Music Aptitude Assessment.

• Results from the audition will be communicated via a phone call or email. Be sure all contact information is entered correctly in the audition portal. The audition portal opens in mid-November 2025.

• Students entering 7th or 8th grade for the 2026-2027 school year MUST receive a high audition to qualify for the magnet lottery.

• Students entering 6th grade who audition and receive a high pass receive a higher priority in the magnet lottery.
