Student Currently Enrolled in the District
- Online application in FOCUS. You must have a Focus Parent Portal Account, and it must be linked to your child.
Student Returning to the District
1. Re-enroll your child using a previous DCPS ID#.
2. Create a guardian OneView user account and link to your child(ren).
3. Submit an on-line application via Focus Parent Portal Account.
Student New to the District
1. Visit duvalschools.org/enroll to enroll your child as an applicant.
2. Create a guardian OneView user account and link to your child(ren).
3. Submit an on-line application via Focus Parent Portal Account.

Completing The Application
- Log into the Focus Parent Portal Account.
- On the left-hand side, select your Grade 8 student to begin the process.
- Select High School Acceleration Programs Application (for IB Program).
- Select Magnet School Application (for AP Program).
- Complete the information accurately.
- Make choice selections. Remember, if you make a second (2nd) selection, make sure it is one that you and your child will be happy with.
