Fast Track to Your Future!
The Early College Program at Sandalwood High School sets students up for long-term success. Early College Students at Sandalwood attend all of their courses on the Sandalwood High School campus during 9th and 10th grade. During their 11th and 12th grade years, college level courses are completed on the FSCJ South Campus (Associate of Arts only) or the FSCJ Downtown Campus (Associate of Science only). Early College students in the Associate of Arts program track can customize their experience by enrolling in up to 24 credits of elective courses of their choice, which gives them the opportunity to explore their career interests and/or complete prerequisites for their intended upper-level college course of study. Students enrolled in the Associate of Science program track will take courses geared towards a career in Cybersecurity and Information Technology, while also gaining hands-on experience through mentorships and a paid internship experience with either JEA or Deutsche Bank, our community partners.
