The Advanced Placement (AP) Program at Samuel Wolfson School for Advanced Studies
The Advanced Placement (AP) and Honors learning track is a comprehensive honors program that puts students at the center of their learning objectives, providing students with an academically challenging course of study with options to pursue classes at the Honors, Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment level. In this program, all core classes, including Language Arts, History, Mathematics and Science, are offered at either the Advanced Placement or Honors level, providing students with a chance to begin collecting college credits as early as their 9th grade year.
Students in the Advanced Placement (AP) and Honors Program have the option to pursue interests in Finance, Law, Fine Arts, and Science with challenging courses that are interesting to them.

Applying to the Magnet Program
The Advanced Placement (AP) & Honors Program at Wolfson High School is a Duval County Magnet Program. All applications are managed through the Duval County Public School’s School Choice and Accelerated Programs office.
Applications are only accepted for incoming 9th grade students. For information about transferring to Samuel Wolfson High School, please contact our IB Program Coordinator Email Brandi Benga.
