A Healthy Dose of Positive, Accelerated Learning

Venetia Elementary School of the Medical Arts offers a healthy dose of positive, accelerated learning paired with extraordinary educators teaching in a unique environment. Venetia Elementary's Medical Arts Magnet Program allows students to explore the world of medicine and healthcare through engaging hands-on science activities and classroom interactions. This distinctive program instills a lifelong love of learning, curiosity about the world, and critical thinking skills — and it is just one of the ways Venetia Elementary offers a singular educational experience.

Our Prescription For Success

With our location being near Naval Air Station Jacksonville, we have dedicated support services for students from military families to help them thrive. Beyond that, we ensure all our students understand the value of service — whether through healthcare or protecting our nation. We believe a healthy mind and strong body are essential for success. Our curriculum incorporates wellness activities and promotes healthy habits to encourage students to make positive choices.

Caring For Others

Venetia Elementary is a close, caring community where everyone knows and supports each other. Our staff creates a welcoming atmosphere where students feel safe talking to teachers and are continually encouraged to learn and grow. We celebrate our students' achievements with Viking Bucks and "Gotcha Slips," rewarding them for outstanding citizenship. Our annual Reading Celebration recognizes students who meet or exceed set reading goals.

Laughter Is The Best Medicine

At Venetia Elementary, we believe that learning can be both enjoyable and enriching, and children should look forward to entering our building each school day. Our school offers a variety of exciting and, yes, fun programs and activities, including a specialized Robotics Club where students design, build, and program their own robots, developing creativity and in-demand technological skills while having fun.
