Stingray Nation Weekly Update Atlantic Coast High School

Hello Stingray Nation!

We wanted to take a moment to reiterate all school expectations for Friday, October 31st, Halloween:

Halloween is a regular school day. Students are expected to be in dress code per the student code of conduct. This means that outfits should meet the following parameters: faces should not be covered with masks or face paint, no hats or hoodies are allowed, mid sections should not be showing, and no underwear/undergarments should be visible. No weapons, toy weapons or objects that resemble weapons are allowed on school property. All items will be confiscated immediately, and the student will be disciplined according to the student code of conduct. Also, all candy needs to remain at home as students will not be allowed to pass out candy. We thank you for your support and cooperation.

Join us for the Atlantic Coast High School Fall Choral Concert on Thursday, October 30th, at 7pm in the ACHS Auditorium. This year’s theme, “The Forecast,” will take you on a musical journey through moods and melodies inspired by the changing skies. Tickets can be purchased for $10 on GoFan. Admission is free for all AC staff. Come out and support our talented singers as they share their voices and creativity in this fall celebration of song!

Students, families and community members are invited to attend Key Club's 1st annual Trunk or Treat on Tuesday, October 28th from 5-8pm in the student parking lot.

Did you miss the yearbook photo session for 9th, 10th, and 11th graders? If you did, there will be a make-up photo session on November 4th. This is for underclassmen only. Seniors must schedule a session directly with Cady Studios by the January 1st deadline at cady.com/schedule.
