The 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project is a mentoring and leadership initiative dedicated to empowering young men to reach their full potential academically, socially, and personally. Through positive mentorship, character development, leadership opportunities, community service, college and career exposure, and meaningful enrichment experiences, the program provides students with the guidance and support needed to make positive choices and prepare for successful futures. Here at Baldwin Middle Senior High, 5000 Role Models strives to build a strong brotherhood of young men who demonstrate respect, responsibility, discipline, leadership, and excellence both on campus and within their communities. By connecting students with positive role models and opportunities for growth, we aim to help every participant graduate prepared to pursue college, vocational training, military service, or a rewarding career while becoming a productive and contributing member of society
