Greetings Biscayne Family, Our students have created a social media challenge for our school theme this year. If we receive 1000 shares and 1000 likes the students will win a Cowboy Stellar Showdown! In order for likes or shares to count they have to post directly from school page. The Flyer attached provide social media challenge rules. Help our STELLAR SCHOLARS reach their goal! The City of Jacksonville is mobilizing in response to the impending threat of potential hurricane Helene. In response to the safety threat posed by the storm and the City’s need for shelters: Duval County Public Schools will cease normal operations for students at the conclusion of the early release school day, Wednesday, Sept. 25. Schools will be closed Sept. 26th -27th. As of now, school will resume on Monday, Sept. 30th.

Parents of 3rd-5th graders, please join us tonight for Open House at 6pm! Parents will enter through the side door near the cafeteria . Please park in the main parking lot. We look forward to having a Cowboy Stellar evening!

The time is decreasing every day! Here are a few reminders to keep you informed and ensure we continue to have a STELLAR week of learning! Parents are not allowed to walk students to class *The Faculty and Staff parking lot will be close to all families except for families with special program parking passes. Morning intake for car riders will end at 8:20am after 8:20am students can be dropped off in front of the school. Please make sure your student is present every day. Instruction begins promptly at 8:25am All students are dismissed by the Pik My Kid App it is a state statute that we must follow. Please make sure your student dismissal is assigned correctly. We must follow the dismissal on the app. Boys and Girls Club will start Monday, August 19, 2024. Please download Duval Schools new APP to receive all communication this school year.
