With Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport serving our community, Duval County is home to many military families. At Bartram Springs, we are committed to helping military-connected students feel welcomed, supported, and connected while continuing to thrive academically and socially.
The district’s Office of School Choice serves as a connection between military families, military installations, and our schools and can assist families with the initial enrollment process. Once you choose to enroll at Bartram Springs Elementary School, our staff will help you complete the school-based registration process and connect your family with available resources and support.
Meet Our Eagle Ambassadors
Bartram Springs Elementary is proud to have our Eagle Ambassadors, a student leadership group dedicated to welcoming new students, with a special focus on supporting our military-connected students.
When a new student joins our Eagle family, an Eagle Ambassador can help welcome them to campus, provide a tour of the school, introduce important routines and locations, answer questions, and help them begin making connections with other students. Our goal is to make each student's transition to a new school feel positive, comfortable, and welcoming.
We understand that military families may experience unique transitions, including relocations, deployments, and changes in routines. Our staff and Eagle Ambassadors are committed to creating a strong sense of belonging, connection, and community for every military-connected student.

Student Registration
Families new to DCPS must create their Parent and Student FOCUS accounts by visiting the online enrollment process @ website .
We know that transitioning into a new school can be stressful, so please reach out to our staff after you have completed the initial district enrollment process with the Office of School Choice. To further support your family’s introduction into our learning community, active-duty service members – of transitioning military students – can request a one-on-one orientation session. Our transition team will gladly guide you through the enrollment process here at Bartram Springs!
