Parents we wanted to make sure you aware of a new addition to The Code of Conduct. Although we have not had an increase in fights at school, we just wanted you to be aware of the recent addition to The Code of Conduct. Please see below:
If students fight, The Code of Conduct will be followed. Suspensions and loss of privileges are included in the consequences.
The 1st fight will result in loss of extra curricular/athletic activities for 30 Days
This includes any after school events/activities. These activities include field trips
A 2nd fight will result in loss of extra curricular/athletic activities for 90 Days. These activities include field trips.
Example Scenario:
Student is a safety patrol at Blue Creek Elementary and gets into a fight with a classmate, the student will not be eligible to be a patrol or go to the student dance in two weeks because the student has 30 days of no activities.
