Meet Mr. Ritz, Assistant Principal

I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at John Stockton Elementary and am excited to be part of the Dolphin family! My passion is building strong relationships with students, staff, and families while creating a positive school culture where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of North Florida and my master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Florida State University. I am currently pursuing my doctorate at the University of Florida.

Throughout my career in education, I have been committed to supporting high-quality instruction, collaborating with teachers, and helping every student reach their full potential. I believe that strong partnerships between school and home are essential to student success, and I look forward to working alongside our students, families, and staff to make John Stockton Elementary an exceptional place to learn and grow.

When I’m not at school, you can usually find me traveling to the mountains of North Carolina, visiting Walt Disney World, cheering on the Florida Gators, or spending time with my family and my dog, Charlee.

I am excited to be part of the John Stockton Elementary community and look forward to a wonderful school year as we learn, grow, and celebrate success together. Go Dolphins!
