Hello!
I am Tammy Boyd, the principal at San Mateo!
Here is a little bit about me. I have worked as a principal here in Duval County for the past 18 years, throughout 5 schools, and have over 25 years’ experience in the Duval County School District. My motto and passion have remained the same throughout every school I have worked in – Every Child Comes First! I dedicate myself daily to ensuring the success of every student entrusted to our care. It is truly a joy to watch children grow and succeed in a positive school environment.
When I am not working, I spend time with my husband, our four children, and our four beautiful grandchildren.
This year will be an amazing chapter to add to our story, as our theme this year is "Where Your Story Begins"!
