Pathway to Success
Don Brewer Elementary School is a place for learning that holds high expectations for all students. We foster academic excellence by emphasizing basic subjects, enrichment, and foundational skills that prepare students for success in advanced studies. We combine stimulating teaching strategies, hands-on learning, and exploration to create a total learning experience for all students to ensure college and career readiness.
Tailored Learning for Every Student
Our focus is ensuring all teachers strategically plan to address benchmarks and differentiate learning opportunities for all students to increase proficiency and learning gains. We provide project-based learning in core classrooms for all students, ensuring that we provide enrichment activities to develop the whole child.
Experienced Educators and Enriching Activities
Teachers are veterans who have been at Don Brewer for 10+ years. We also offer extracurricular activities that include robotics, Cathedral Arts, art club, and garden club. We develop and nurture the whole child and parents love that we provide on-site gifted services.
A Family Atmosphere
Students indicate that it feels like a family atmosphere, and they trust and know the faculty and staff care for them. Students feel safe and comfortable enough to reach out to teachers or any staff member with concerns. They are celebrated for academic and behavior accomplishments.
