Reminder: DCPS is launching a new bus app on Friday, Nov 1. This bus app is called Edulog. Through the Edulog bus app, families of registered bus riders will be able to monitor their child’s bus in real time. Additionally, we will send bus delay communications through the app when it is launched.
Download: You can download “Edulog Parent Portal” from the Apple or Google Play Store. Make sure you are downloading “Edulog Parent Portal” not “Edulog Parent Portal Lite.”
Sign-in: On the sign-in screen, click “Sign in by an external provider” at the bottom of screen. Then choose “Duval County Public Schools.”
Login credentials: Use your Linked Parent Account login credentials.
When you log into the app, you will see your student’s bus route information. You will see live bus monitoring information including when students board and exit the bus. Note that students must scan their student ID badge when they board and exit the bus in order for that information to be reflected in the app.
The following website contains all the resources you need to help you understand how it works and how to get logged in: https://www.edulog.com/parent-help/#parentportal
