Greetings MAJ Families!
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
We have a busy week ahead including some fun activities for our students!
Our All Pro Dads meeting will be held this Tuesday, October 21st at 7:45 AM. These meetings provide an opportunity for you and your child(ren) to spend quality time together, strengthening your relationships. Our topic this month is “determination.” Please RSVP at https://allprodadchapters.com/chapters/15534 so we can plan appropriately!
First quarter report cards will post to your parent portal on October 21st.
Thank you to all the parents who have already sent in candy! The Student Council will have their final collection date on October 22nd for the kids at the Hubbard House to enjoy Halloween. We’re collecting non-violent costumes (sizes 4–8) and candy for this final push. Student Council will collect in the hallway in our drop off box or send your donation to Mr. Parker's class in room 2.
This Wednesday, we will have a kick-off celebration for our Olweus Bullying Prevention program. This will take place right after breakfast and we encourage students to wear their Olweus “No Bullying” shirts if they purchased one, or, if not, wear orange.
This Friday, October 24th, is Baldwin High School’s Homecoming. Our patrols will participate in the parade. The parade will pass by the front of the school beginning at approximately 12:45 and our classes will be going outside to watch. The streets in the area will be blocked off, so if you must check your child out early, please plan to do so prior to 12:00 that day.

Mark your calendar and make plans to attend our Title I Math Night on Thursday, October 30th. This will be a fun event for the whole family and we hope to see many of you there!
We look forward to seeing all our students back tomorrow morning! As always, we thank you for partnering with us in your child’s education as we are Blasting Off to Reach New Goals!!!
