Greetings MAJ Families!
It was wonderful seeing so many of you at our holiday luncheon this past week! As a reminder, there will be no school this Wednesday – Friday (November 26 – 28) in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Thank you also to all those who sent in canned foods for the canned food drive. We collected 891 cans in total!
Looking forward, we will begin our PM2 state assessments in the first week of December. Kindergarten – 2nd grade students will take the STAR reading and math assessments and 3rd – 5th grade students will take the FAST reading and math. We are asking for your support in making sure they are well rested and come to school on time each day. You can also encourage them to do their best. We are excited to see how far they have come since the beginning of the year!
We will have our makeup picture day on Tuesday, December 2nd for any students who have not already had their picture taken, or if you purchased a package, but would like to have a new picture taken.
