Greetings MAJ Families!

I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend!  We are expecting cooler weather this week.  Please remind your child to bring an appropriate jacket, sweater or sweatshirt to wear outdoors!  It is very helpful if you can put your child’s name in any jackets or sweaters they have.  Every year we end up with dozens of jackets and sweaters that were taken off, left in common areas, and never claimed from the lost and found.

Our January School Advisory Council meeting will take place tomorrow, Monday the 12th at 4:45 PM.  We will be reviewing our School Improvement Plan progress and goals.  Meetings are open to all, and we welcome your feedback and ideas as we work to continue improving.

Students’ 2nd quarter report cards will be posted to your parent account this Wednesday.  Please reach out to your child’s teacher(s) with any questions or concerns you may have.

Looking ahead, there will be no school on Monday, January 19th in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

Calling all dads!! Mark your calendar and make plans to join us at 7:45 AM on Tuesday, January 20th for our January All Pro Dads meeting!  This meeting is open for all dads and your children and includes a continental breakfast.  Please RSVP at https://www.allprodadchapters.com/chapters/15534 to assist us with planning appropriately and plan to arrive early to sign in at the front desk.
