Greetings M. A. J. Families!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend! We have a very important week ahead as our students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade take their state assessments. Third grade will have Reading on Monday and Math on Wednesday. Fourth and Fifth Grades will have Reading on Tuesday and Math on Thursday. We appreciate your support in ensuring they get plenty of sleep and are at school each day!
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week! Consider having your child write a note or make a card for their teacher. Let’s show our teachers how much we appreciate all they have done and continue to do! (Don’t forget our ESE teachers, resource teachers, and other staff members as well!)
Looking ahead, our final All Pro Dads meeting will be held on May 19th. ALL Dads or father figures are invited to attend with your child! The meeting will begin at 7:45 AM and we hope to see many of you there.
As we near the end of the school year, we are looking forward to celebrating our students’ accomplishments! This year’s reading celebration will take place on May 21st for students who have met their reading goals! There is still time to read those books to earn an invitation to join the fun!! We have a DJ, bounce houses and other fun activities planned.
