Greetings M. A. J. Families!
We have made it to the last week of school and are so excited to be celebrating our students’ accomplishments this year! We have a couple of reminders for this week as we head into summer break.
There is no school tomorrow, Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.
Thursday, May 28th, will be our last day and dismissal is at 12:00 noon. Please note, there is no extended day on Thursday.
We will have our end of year promotional/awards programs for each grade level at the following times:
The 5th grade promotional programs will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 and 11:00 AM (time based on student’s last name).
4th grade end of year awards will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday.
3rd grade end of year awards will be held at 9:00 AM on Wednesday.
2nd grade end of year awards will be held at 10:15 AM on Wednesday.
1st grade end of year awards will be held at 11:30 AM on Wednesday.
Kindergarten end of year awards will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday.
Entry for all programs will be through the cafeteria doors which will be opened 15 minutes prior to each scheduled program time above. Following the program, all students will return to their classrooms and will be called from there for checkout if you would like to take them home following their program. We ask that you exit the cafeteria and go to the front door to wait for your child. Sign-out sheets will be available in the cafeteria as you enter, to help expedite the process. All individuals will need to exit the cafeteria following each program.
