Westside Full Service Schools has partnered with the United Way and Ascension St. Vincent's Mobile Health to offer free physicals and immunizations for children ages 4 - 19.

When: 9:00 AM to Noon every 3rd Wednesday from August to April

Where: Charger Academy, 7050 Melvin Rd. 32210 Located outside of the track
