Registration is completed on-line. Families will create a student account and a Family Portal Account.

As a family new to Duval County follow these directions for registration.

Kindergarten is an exciting time for your family. Your child must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2027 to be eligible for kindergarten in August 2027.

We welcome you to tour Sabal Palm Elementary School. Please call or email XXX to schedule a tour with our principal, Dr. Felts.

If your residential address is not zoned for Sabal Palm you can apply during the application window (December 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027).

The Controlled Open Enrollment process is available to any family that desires for their child to attend a school that is not their neighborhood school but did not receive a special assignment through the lottery process.

April 2027 for the 2027 - 2028 School Year

Elementary School students who live more than 1 and a half miles from their zoned attendance area school receive transportation.

Special Transfer Option (STO) students are ineligible for bus transportation services.
