Good evening, Wildcat Families! Here are a few reminders for the week.
1. Fall Photos are tomorrow, October 1st. All students in Kindergarten-5th Grade should be in their school uniform for pictures. VPK students are not required to wear a uniform.
2. The 3rd-5th Grade Dance has been rescheduled for this Friday, October 4th from 3:15-4:45. Dance information and Dance Car Tags will be coming home later this week for students who are attending.
3. Trunk-or-Treat - We have started collecting donations of individually wrapped candy to pass out at our Trunk or Treat in October. Students can drop off their bags of candy in our Pumpkin Barrels located in the Front Lobby.

Wildcat Families - As Hurricane Helene approaches, we wanted to remind everyone that school will be closed on Thursday and Friday. We hope that everyone stays safe as we weather out the storm and we will see you all back at school on Monday.
Don't forget....today is Early Release Day. Car riders will start being dismissed at 12:45. Walkers and bus riders will be dismissed at 1:00.

Wildcat Parents, Now through August 31, Box Tops is offering a $5 bonus for each user that connects the Walmart app for the first time. This is a great and easy way to help earn money for our school! Thanks to the TLAE PTA for continuing to help find creative ways to support our Wildcats!
VPK Parents - We are experiencing issues with the air conditioner again this week. The temperature in the rooms is running anywhere from 78-80. We are keeping the students hydrated and have brought in fans to help cool the rooms down. If you would like to check out your student early, please do so before 2:15 PM. We have placed an emergency work order on the issue. We will keep you updated.
