FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - The countdown is on — just ONE month until the first day of school on Monday, Aug. 10. Take small steps now to get ready: Adjust sleep schedules a little each week, gather school supplies and organize backpacks, keep learning going with 20 minutes of reading or math each day, mark important school dates on your family calendar, and start practicing morning routines. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for another amazing year!

Car Rider Dismissal Pattern Update: Please see the map for the car rider dismissal pattern.
Be mindful not to block driveways and parking lots.
Enter the car line at King St. and Herschel St., not James St. and Herschel St. Avoid jumping into the car line at James St.
Extended parents must park and walk into the building to pick up students.
Thank you!

SAC at 4:30 p.m.
PTA at 5:30 p.m.

Thank you for your patience and support during dismissal yesterday. We understand that weather conditions can change quickly, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure the safety of our students and families.
Moving forward, if severe weather, including lightning, is present during dismissal, students will remain safely inside the building until the lightning has passed.
If you need to check out your child during a weather-related delay, you may come into the lobby of the building. You will need to present a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your child.
When severe weather impacts dismissal, families will receive a real-time notification letting you know that students are being held inside until it is safe to resume dismissal. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.
Thank you for helping us keep our students safe. We appreciate your flexibility and continued partnership as we work to make dismissal as safe and efficient as possible.

To kick off Literacy Week, our students celebrated 250 chapters and the 100th day of school by dressing as founding fathers or 100 year olds.
These future historians and lifelong readers showed us just how fun learning can be. We cannot wait to keep turning pages, building knowledge, and making memories together all week long 💙
