I hope this message finds you well! As we begin a new week of learning, we wanted to take a moment to provide you with an update on the academic focus for our middle school students.
This Week’s Academic Focus:
Language Arts: Students will continue learning story structure, character development, figurative language, and themes within various texts .
Mathematics: We will be diving deeper into algebraic expressions and solving equations.
Science: Students will engage in learning more about the cell, types of matter, and atoms.
Social Studies: This week’s lessons will focus on law studies, in impact of British policies for the Revolutionary War, and learning about checks and balances.

Science: Quiz on atoms and the periodic table
