This year, teacher assignment postcards will not be mailed. To view your child's teacher assignment, please make sure you have completed the following:

✅ Have an active Focus Family Portal account.
✅ Complete your child's EMS (Emergency Contact) Form in Focus.
✅ If you don't have a Focus account, visit duvalschools.org and select Family Portal to create one.
✅ After creating your account, be sure to link your student to access their information.

Taking a few minutes to complete these steps now will ensure you're ready to view your child's teacher assignment. We can't wait to welcome our Eagles back for another great school year! 🦅💙

Each partnership level includes the benefits of the previous level.  The flyer also highlights ways businesses can support the school beyond financial donations, including volunteering, reading with students, sharing career expertise, donating supplies, sponsoring teacher appreciation, supporting family nights, sponsoring Field Day or athletic events, funding STEM and enrichment activities, and serving on the School Advisory Council.  A section titled "Why Partner with Bartram Springs?" explains that partnerships help provide classroom resources, campus beautification, student incentives, Career Day opportunities, teacher appreciation, family engagement events, School Advisory Council participation, and STEM experiences. A QR code is included for businesses to become a partner, along with the message, "Your support helps our Eagles thrive academically, socially, and emotionally." The flyer concludes with the school's contact information and the statement, "Together, we are building brighter futures—one Eagle at a time."

Bartram Springs Elementary 2026–2027 Back-to-School Information flyer welcoming families to the new school year. The flyer announces that Bartram Springs remains an A-rated school and shares important back-to-school information. Important dates include: Extended Day registration opens July 13 at 8:00 a.m.; School Bus registration must be completed by July 22 for first-day transportation; Kindergarten Orientation is August 6 from 2:00–2:45 p.m.; Meet the Teacher for Grades 1–5 is August 6 with scheduled grade-level times; and the first day of school is Monday, August 10. Families are also encouraged to use Redbird Math and Lexia Core5 for 15–20 minutes daily during the summer and enjoy the remainder of summer before returning for a "sweet" school year.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - The countdown is on — just ONE month until the first day of school on Monday, Aug. 10. Take small steps now to get ready: Adjust sleep schedules a little each week, gather school supplies and organize backpacks, keep learning going with 20 minutes of reading or math each day, mark important school dates on your family calendar, and start practicing morning routines. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for another amazing year!

Ready to Roll? Bus Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year!

We are already looking forward to welcoming your students back for the 2026-2027 school year! To ensure a smooth journey on day one, all bus riders—both new and returning, in General Education and ESE—must register for transportation. Remember, you must have a Linked Parent Account to get started.

Important Dates to Remember:

·       July 22: The final deadline to register to guarantee a bus stop for the very first day of school. (Requests submitted after July 10 will be posted approximately 10 days after submission.)

·       July 27: Bus stop details will be available to view on FOCUS.

·       August 10: First day of school.
