We are excited to invite you to our Title I Parent Engagement Night on January 29, 2026 at 6pm.
This event will focus on Literacy. You will be able to participate in fun activities hosted by our teachers and gain tips for helping your child with their reading at home.
Flyers will be sent home today. Please return if you will be attending.

This is just a reminder of the impact attendance has on student achievement and success. Be mindful to communicate directly with your child(ren) homeroom teachers when he/she/they are absent.

Eligible students (having zero or up to 3 absences in the 1st semester) must have a signed consent form to participate. Consent forms were provided on Tuesday, December 2nd.
The deadline for consent forms is Friday, December 12th. There will be no exceptions after this date, as we have to purchase based on the number of participants.
Verbal consent or hand-written notes are not acceptable.
Boys and Girls Club Torch Club is asking all family and friends to donate items to help support our local homeless community. See flyer for more details

We’re excited to share that all students have free access to Varsity Tutors—a powerful online learning tool available through our Blended Learning platform.
What is Varsity Tutors?
- Varsity Tutors is a trusted education platform built to support today’s learners. It offers live, interactive tutoring sessions with real experts, covering a wide range of subjects. Best of all, it's free for your child to use! Whether your student needs help with math, reading, science, or just wants to sharpen their skills, this is an amazing resource to have at their fingertips.
How can students access it?
Students can log in through their Blended Learning account and follow the link to Varsity Tutors. From there, they can explore available tutors and schedule sessions that fit their needs.
We encourage all families to take advantage of this opportunity to boost learning and confidence. If you have questions or need help logging in, please contact your child’s teacher or our school office.

Attendance Works!
Please see attached flyer for information on the importance of attendance and what you can do as a parent to support student attendance.
We will be scheduling attendance intervention meetings this month for students who have missed 5 days in a calendar month or 10 days in a 90 day period.
Parents check FOCUS for attendance accuracy.
Letters have been sent home.
