🎃📚 Our Kindergarten scientists dove into the story of Pumpkin Jack and discovered the magical journey of a pumpkin’s life cycle! After reading, they rolled up their sleeves and carved their own pumpkins - exploring seeds, pulp, and all the gooey goodness inside. 🍂✨

From sprouting to decomposing, our little learners are watching nature in action! Stay tuned as we observe what happens next in our pumpkin patch experiment. 🌱👀

PARENT GRATEFUL FOR LORETTO ELEMENTARY DATA CLERK BETH HETH – This Team Duval Shoutout celebrates Beth Heth, a Data Entry Clerk at Loretto Elementary School, and the way she helped a parent in a pinch! Jennifer Hunter shares the following: “As a first-time Loretto mom of a kindergartener, I’m so grateful for the support I received from Beth Heth. When I realized I hadn’t registered my daughter properly with DCPS—a mistake that could have caused a lot of issues—Beth stepped in and helped me get everything sorted out. She was prompt, patient, and answered all my questions with ease. Thanks to her guidance, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a positive one. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond!”

Dear Loretto Elementary School Families,

You may have recently received a message regarding the districtwide Data Triangle Survey. We’d like to take a moment to echo that communication and encourage your participation.

Your input is incredibly valuable in helping us enhance the educational experience for your child and strengthen our school community. The survey only takes a few minutes and touches on key areas such as classroom instruction, school safety, communication, and student engagement.

The survey is open now through October 21, and you can access it by visiting www.duvalschools.org/survey.

Thank you for your continued partnership in making Loretto Elementary and all Team Duval schools the best they can be for every student.
