Beginning in November, every Tuesday, Technology Services will be available to distribute free ECF laptops to any student enrolled in a traditional DCPS school. This includes students who have already been assigned a laptop from school. This will be a secondary device the students can keep at home for school use. See the details below! WHAT: Free laptop for all DCPS students! No registration necessary!* *Wait times may be shorter if ECF survey is completed in advance, but not necessary. UPDATE - The City of Jacksonville is mobilizing in response to the impending threat of Hurricane Milton. In response to the safety threat posed by the storm and the need for shelters, Duval County Public Schools will be closed from Wednesday, Oct. 9 - Friday, Oct. 11. All school activities, including athletics and after school programs, are canceled for those days. After the storm passes and personnel begin recovery efforts, the district will make an announcement regarding operations for the following week.
