This special week is dedicated to promoting reading and literacy in a fun and engaging way. Here is a breakdown of the exciting activities planned for the week:

Monday 1/26: Kick off to 250 Chapters! Wear red, white, and blue to show your school spirit and help us reach our reading goal. It is also the 100th day of school

Tuesday 1/27: Hats Off to Reading! Students are invited to wear their favorite hat to school. It's also Reading Buddy Day, so students will have the opportunity to read with their peers.

Wednesday 1/28: Wild Word Wednesday! Students will bring a vocabulary word or a sign with a word and its meaning. Word games will take place during lunch.

Thursday 1/29: History Makers and Trail Blazers – Students will learn about American leaders, inventors, and heroes during our “Living Museum.” Encourage your child to come prepared with their best questions!

Friday 1/30: Future Chapters Friday! Students will dress up as what they want to be when they grow up (astronauts, doctors, firefighters, or characters from American classics).

We look forward to a week full of literacy excitement, and we hope to see everyone participating in the themed dress-up days. Thank you for supporting your child's education!
