We especially need outdoor décor, ornaments, lights, blow-ups, artificial Christmas trees (they do not need to light up — we can take care of that part!). Any gently used or extra decorations you’re willing to donate will help bring the magic to life.
🎁 Wrapped Empty Boxes (Lots of Them!)
To create beautiful gift-themed displays around the event, we are asking families to donate wrapped empty boxes of all sizes — think “presents” for décor. If you’re able to drop off one or twenty, we will happily use them to transform our space! Please wrap them in festive paper with lids attached or taped shut so they can easily be stacked and arranged.
📸 Statement Pieces for Photo Areas
Have any large or eye-catching decorations — oversized props, archways, backdrops, winter-themed pieces — that we could borrow for the evening? We will handle everything carefully and return items gently and promptly.
🎅 Character Contacts
Do you know a Santa, Olaf, Frosty, Jack Frost, Elsa, or Anna who might be willing to join us for photos with students? Special guests make the night truly magical!
