GRADUATION LOADING...
They first walked through our doors as bright-eyed 9th graders—curious, hopeful, maybe a little nervous—and now they stand before us as mature, career-oriented leaders and young professionals. And while they still have half a year to go, we already know they’re going to lock in, finish strong, and make us proud all the way to the end.
And then, on one very special evening, we’ll get to watch them cross the threshold into adulthood…
We are excited to announce that our Class of 2026 Graduation will be held on
Tuesday, May 26th at 6:00 PM
at the University of North Florida Arena
Let’s make this celebration unforgettable! Join us in honoring the seniors who have grown, led, inspired, and transformed our school community.
Let’s cheer them on, support them, and make this year—and their big day—truly special! 💙✨

This year, Student Government is putting a twist on Homecoming Week Halls...
Introducing Haunted Hallways!!!!
Each grade level has a designated hall to deck out in whatever haunting fashion you dream up (while being school appropriate, of course)!
Students can decorate any day after school this and next week. We would love for the halls to be completely decked by the October 24th.
Talk to your Class Representatives and Sponsors!

Peterson People,
An important change to our daily schedule will begin on Wednesday, October 15, the first day of the second quarter.
Starting October 15, student dismissal will move to 2:55 PM — 15 minutes earlier than our current time. This adjustment is being made to provide our teachers with consistent daily planning time, which is essential for maintaining strong, high-quality instruction for every student.
To accommodate this change, each class period will be slightly shortened. Even with this shift, we are fully committed to upholding high expectations for teaching and learning. Every instructional minute will continue to be used purposefully and effectively.
We understand that schedule changes can impact family routines. To support this transition, we will provide additional adult supervision for 30 minutes after dismissal, ensuring students have a safe and supervised environment if families need a bit more time to adjust. Current transportation will largely remain the same.
We appreciate your partnership as we make this change in support of our educators and students.
Thank you.
