Hello, Mamie Agnes Jones Families,
Thank you to all the families who came out to support our Patrols at the Breakfast with Santa this past Saturday. It was wonderful seeing so many of you there!
We have a full week of learning ahead. Our students in kindergarten – second grade will continue with their mid-year assessments this week so it is very important they are getting a good night’s rest and attending school each day.
Our PTO will be sponsoring “Santa’s Workshop.” This is an opportunity for your child to purchase gifts for family members themselves (with a little help from our amazing PTO volunteers!). Students will preview the store on Monday and each class has a scheduled time for students who have brought money in to go shopping.
Our December School Advisory Council Meeting will be held tomorrow, Monday, December 9th at 4:45 PM in the Media Center. SAC meetings are open to all and are the perfect opportunity to provide input and learn more about what we are doing as a school as we stive for continuous improvement.
This Tuesday, December 10th, is the holiday luncheon in the cafeteria. Family members are invited to join your student for lunch during their normal lunch time. Guests may purchase lunch on the day of the event for $4.50 each. We hope you are able to join us for lunch!
