Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide you with an update regarding the delay in receiving the school house shirts that were ordered in September and early October.
The company producing our shirts was unfortunately impacted by Hurricane Helene, which caused significant damage to their store and disrupted their operations. Thankfully, they are now getting back on their feet and have resumed production. I have been in contact with them, and they have assured me that our long-awaited shirts will be delivered by next week.
Please know that I am closely monitoring the situation and will be following up with the company daily to ensure the shirts are delivered to us as quickly as possible.
Additionally, I will be submitting the order for our remaining shirts this week, and the estimated turnaround time for these recently ordered shirts will be two weeks.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me (parkerd3@duvalschools.org)
